The centre was refurbished after the devastating floods of 2014. Including new reception and cash desks, café and retail areas breathing new life into the SEA LIFE centre. The retail area was reconfigured including fixture and fitting updates, which significantly increased the linear footage, increasing the range which has increased retail sales significantly. Additional display areas across the SEA LIFE brand include hero units, lighting plans, queue and re-engage, announce and excite areas, disrupt areas, educate and dwell areas which change the flow consumers take around the shop.
